Mind mapping is a technique our firm uses for visualizing the facts/law of a complicated case, a trial presentation strategy and potential demonstratives.  If you have a case that fits our our criteria, we will create a complimentary mind map (a wall chart visualization of your case).  Our criteria is:

  • You are at least 3 months from trial, although our preference is 12 months from trial;
  • There is at least $10 million at stake in your case;
  • Your case could be seen as complicated;
  • You would value a wall chart visualization of your case.
